It’s important to exercise our brain regularly in order to try and keep our brains healthy and active.
This is important no matter how old you are.
You could be in your early twenties, but do you really want to have an old, unhealthy brain?
No, I didn’t think so.
You can be as physically healthy as you want, but if your brain isn’t healthy then you’re essentially running a sports car with an old and ruined engine.
There are a few ways you can make sure your brain is staying fit and active.
You can do a number of puzzles which are designed to challenge you and exercise your brain on a daily basis.
Or you can exercise your brain with brain teasers and riddles.
But this can often be trickier than it looks.
Most people struggle with riddles, it often makes their mind feel like it’s melting. I know I struggle with them.
So that’s why I’m not going to wreck your brain with riddles!
Instead, I’m going to give you a few ‘spot the difference’ pictures that will help exercise your brain!
When we were kids, we use to love those Where’s Waldo books.
We would often spend hours trying to find Waldo on the beach, in outer space, on a train.
We never questioned why we had to find him, we just kind of excepted the task. It was just fun and games after all!
