2. Use Lemon Oil

You can add a few drops of lemon oil to your water and use it on a regular basis. This technique helps you prevent recession of the gum line because of its ability to stimulate and increase tissue formation.

3. Stop Smoking

Besides from all the other health reasons, the nicotine can discolor your teeth. So, this is another amazing reason to stop smoking.

4. Don’t Brush Your Teeth Right After Eating

You probably were surprised by this one but brushing your teeth too soon after eating can really damage the enamel in its weakened state.

5. Floss Your Teeth Daily

In order to remove all the bacteria in your mouth, then you need to get a piece of floss and carefully slide it between each tooth in a zigzag motion. Be careful not to floss too hard because it can really damage your gums.

6. Rose Vinegar

Wash some organic petals and let them dry. Then, add them to a jar of white vinegar and leave it out in the sun for a month. This can serve as a mouthwash that can strengthen your gums.

7. Drink Water

It is very important to drink a lot of water since it helps you get rid of the toxins from your mouth and body.

8. Stop Eating Junk Food

Not only will you be healthier but your teeth will also look and smell better. Junk food is known to help bacteria grow in your mouth that can often lead to many infections.
